The purpose of this program is to bring together simple ways to be able to self-recognize imbalances in our physical body.

Take back the responsibility of staying well in these times thus contributing to collective wellbeing.

Through self-knowledge and in being able to be in good service of the Great Mother of Life.

Our mission is to sow the seeds of personal self-care in order to be agents of change from the very center and radiate to the community.

Our Vision is to remember food as preventive and curative medicine. It is our relationship with the mother that sustains us. Return to the laws of origin in order to continue sustaining life in a good way.

El propósito de este taller es acercar maneras sencillas de poder auto-reconocer desbalances en nuestro cuerpo físico.

Retomar la responsabilidad de mantenernos estables en estos tiempos contribuyendo así a el bienestar colectivo.

A través del auto-conocimiento en poder ser un buen/a servidor/a de la Gran Madre Vida.

Nuestra misión es sembrar la semilla del auto cuidado personal para así poder ser agentes de cambio desde el propio centro e irradiar a la comunidad.

Nuestra visión es recordar el alimento como medicina preventiva y curativa. Es nuestra relación con la madre que nos sostiene. Retornar a las leyes de origen para así poder seguir sosteniendo la vida de una buena manera.
